Who We Are
Garden State Realty Group is a Hoboken real estate brokerage firm that specializes in the sale and marketing of condos, single-family homes, multi-family homes, distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, and mixed-use properties in New Jersey. GSRG is a veteran-owned business, and a registered HUD broker (Department of Housing and Urban Development).

We endeavor to aggressively conduct home searches for our buyers. To this end, we promise to continually update clients on available listings remaining ever reachable by phone or email, provide top notch consulting, and to be a trusted source of advice and experience throughout the purchase process.
While serving sellers, it is our job to get your house sold as quickly as possible and at the best price achievable within a given period of time. To this end, we promise to use all the tools at our disposal to market your property, coordinate appointments, strenuously negotiate on your behalf, and closely supervise the closing process. We will serve you the way you want us to. If you are a first time home buyer, we can provide extensive education and consultation. Just ask us! As your Buyer's Agent, we do not get paid until you close on your sale. It is in our interest to ensure a smooth and timely closing. We appreciate your business and acknowledge that you have many choices when it comes to choosing an agent.
